Dear all,
we will have a MuCap teleconference this Tuesday and next (Apr. 25 and
May 2) from 11:30-1pm (Illinois time). The call-in number is
217-244-7532 for both days.
In tomorrow's conference, I would like to take questions on my MuCap note,
"mu-p Diffusion and Impact Parameter Cuts," if enough people have had a
chance to read it. For those who haven't read it, maybe I can entice you
to do so by directing you to Table 4, which gives a value for the Run8
deuterium concentration based on a mu-d diffusion signal, and which can
be directly compared to external measurements of the production gas.
Other agenda items can be added at the beginning of the call.
During next week's teleconference, we will compare UCB and UIUC analysis
results (uncorrected for impurities, etc.) quantitatively; that is, we
will overlay the fitted rates with individual "blinding" offsets removed.
The global blinding of the clock frequency will remain.
