Response to Brendan's teleconference question

FYI, I belatedly realized that I *do* have an explanation for why my
scatter events' fitted all-gondola rate is lower than the individual
gondolas' fitted rates in today's plot: I think it's an interplay between
the very low per-gondola scatter event statistics and my fit function.
Basically, the per-gondola counts drop below 100 at much earlier times
than usual, and so the default fit conditions give different results than
for the summed statistics where everything remains OK.
