MuCap manual

Dear all,

I started to setup a general framework to have one manual where we can
collect all separate manuals and combine them. It is at the moment on
dolphin in ~/documentation/manuals. It is in cvs at Berkeley as a module
called 'manuals/'.
There is one main TeX file which includes all sections. The sections
themselve are stored in the include/ dir, images are in images/. At the
moment please disregard Section 2 and 3 and the checklist/ directory
since they are just templates from the manual at my old experiment at
J\"ulich. It's just a draft we could adapt to our needs.
I already adapted the Section 4.1 and 4.2 to a certain layout which I
shortly discribe in the preamble. Mainly it is that terminal commands
are shown in typewriter and can be therefore distinguished from text. I
will do the same for the remaining parts. After that, we can all add new
chapters/sections and/or edit existing parts to make a nice and uptodate
manual. I'm happy to get any proposals and comments on the structure or
layout.
Peter
