Congratulations on a successful change of project management tool. :-)

A few notes based on a first glance at the schedule:

 - I exchanged a few e-mails last week with Volodya, and he has agreed to
   implement a variant of his zlib-based muLan WFD data compression scheme 
   for us.  Tim will install it as part of his "Make WFD perfect" task.

 - I think your mid-May date for TPC FADC may be overly pessimistic.
   Rene's target is mid-April.  Of course it's an estimate, and I have no way 
   of judging how realistic it is, but he suggested that I plan on visiting 
   Louvain for a few days just after Easter to help with final testing of the 
   new boards in his lab.  They could presumably be installed very soon 
   after that.
