Congratulations to your new project management program.



One comment right away ad MuCAP AK3 target:



MuCAP will get a new nice AK3 target, but which one depends
on the AK3 lead time of the AK3 providing company.
I have match my AK3 materials for MuLAN and MuCAP


plan A:  the new MuCAP AK3 target will be a circular
         target with diameter 30 cm (material still needs to be purchased)
	 made from 2 plates, therefore the center thickness
	 will be 2 x 0.5 mm
         so we can run at our nominal momentum and not shoot through

plan B:  I have already 2 AK3 plates which are ment for the new MuLAN
         target and target ring,
         however, if we need it in MuCAP, we can take one of
         these plates and make small holes at the very corners
         and hang it inside our setup.


         as soon as I know I will tell you and work on
         planA or plan B.
