travel to PSI

Dear Peter and Peter,

I just booked my ticket to PSI for the run, arriving on the morning of
Thursday, March 30 and leaving on Monday, June 19.  I expect to book
another ticket in the reverse direction for dates that have not yet been
determined.  I also expect to go spend a few days in Louvain-la-neuve
when the new FADC boards are delivered there to help with testing: that
is also a date yet to be determined.
