Re: humidity calibration

Thank you very much for you wishes.
Unfortunately, the isotopic project and CHUPS preparation takes the whole our
time and power. All available human resources in PNPI worked at the
H-D separation project. I'm so sorry. We suppose to keep working at 
the current task in PSI at least 2,5 weeks.
Unlikely, I cannot completely figure resources available at
Urbana-Champaign. For instance, Is it possible to manufacture the
special cell for the water test we discussed in December, in Illinois?
I'm not sure that's a main question, but it's the serious problem.
