mu+ analysis report

Dear colleagues,

I have posted my mu+ analysis report:
   http://kaon.physics.berkeley.edu/~fegray/mucap/muplus_report.pdf

It is by no means as complete as Tom's or Steve's report, but I
believe that it should adequately illustrate the issues involved in
this specialized analysis--at least it bundles together the relevant
figures. I also expect to post a short note in the next few days
with an updated estimate of the systematic uncertainty that arises
from the beating between the electronics clock frequency and the beam
RF structure.

I look forward to seeing many of you in Illinois this weekend!

Best wishes,

-- Fred
