Dear  all,

this morning, Tobias Marx from the PSI computer department came to take dolphin because it has been hacked from the outside. They will make an image and then return the computer. After that we should setup the system from scratch. Since we partially have similar accounts on cheetah, puma and lion it might be a good idea to change at least passwords afterwords. However, since at least for the mucap and root account the passwords are the same on these machines, I could imagine that it's probably best to also reinstall these machines as well. Just in case they were also attacked and that there is some spyware running. If so, should we ship them to Illinois to do that during the next months? Or is it convenient enough to do that remotely?
