OK, I've turned off switch 1 (I think...the operation of these switches
is not clear to me) and moved the FADC trigger to the ALL output.
Previously I was triggering on just the EVH.  We'll see when the beam
comes back tonight whether the trigger looks reasonable and whether I've fixed
the packet loss problem.
