A/C unit

Dear both,

since that might be another issue to be discussed at the MuLan meeting, 
I wanted to mention that we haven't yet decided on the A/C unit in the 
area. We certainly can keep it until the end of the MuCap run but then 
afterwards we shouldn't rely on being able to keep it forever. Mr Stanek 
wants it back at some point. He told me he'd send us an offer for 
purchasing a similar one but so far he did not. I had a look at the 
companies website (http://www.mizushi.co.uk/pages/buy.html) and our 
model is around 1400pounds ~ 3000 CHF.
Now, at the moment with the MuCap experiment and the plastic cover, I'm 
not sure if we really cool the area but rather only keep the humidity 
low. Therefore, since MuLan wants the unit to cool the area we should 
somehow find out that in combination with a better isolation this unit 
will manage to compensate the heating power from the detector.
