Dear Peter,

we should do this test, but you should not forget,
that this changes the TPC conditions.

- primarily, the cooling power of the water is higher
with the current off, therefore the hydrogen volume will
be roughly 5 degrees C cooler and hence the density higher,
hence the signal gain is changed

In the last 2 runs this was the argument I think to have
the magnet also on during mu-, in order to have
comparable conditions with mu+.

So should we really run a full week for this test, or
is a single day with 5x10^8 statistics enough ?

We can also reverse the field direction (1/2 hours work),
which would not change the temperature.
However, this would change adding/subtracting environmental
fields from COBRA.
