 I seriously doubt we can charge BAX for the trip.  We are self insured -
the insurance for the freight was insured by the UI.  I can check but I
think it is VERY unlikely.

Attached is the spreadsheet for my short trip to
PSI. As I travelled to Europe mainly for different
reasons, I did not charge my overseas ticket to
the grant, only the travel from Austria to PSI.

Please not the following remarks:

i)   Please include a per diem of $ 35.

ii)  I do not have a receipt for the night train sleeping
      car which amounts to 32 EUR.

iii) The last Air/Rail line includes:
      the Swiss train to the airport
      the flight ticket
      the Austrian train from the airport
      (click on the field to see the values)

iv)  I have an additional reimbursement for
      $ 19.60 (purchase of material for
      construction of ESC detector, MuCap).

v) Finally there is a separate bill for the return
    airfare Vienna-Zurich $308.80. This was a non
    refundable fare and I could not use it because the BAX
    global shipment was delayed. Can we charge
    BAX for that?
