Hi, Peter,

No, it's not the same as the colored ribbon cable. There is actually only one
place that it fits: the JTAG connector has 2.0 mm pin spacing rather 
than 0.1 inch.   Unlike the others, it has a 90 degree bend, and it is keyed.
