compressor readout

Regarding the deadtime: my guess is that the relevant change here is the ePC HV
rather than the TDC400 clock.

Would you try measuring the difference in deadtime with the compressor readout 
enabled and disabled in the ODB to confirm this?  The key is named
/Equipment/Crate 3/Settings/COMP 0/enabled status .
