Dear Tom and Fred,

I posted some docu from the original cern designer of
the tdc chip at the end of

This is the heart of the caen tdc. Perhaps it contains
useful info.

Claude told me yesterday, that FAST is planning major running
this summer. Tom, please ask Claude, to connect you to the
FAST daq experts, they must have had similar troubles or
at least should be interested. Also you could check how
they shaped their clock signals.
