25 MHz hisotgram corrections

Hi Peter,

the 25 MHz plots which I sent you were produced with software designed
for a 50 MHz external clock.  I changed the conversion factor in mu.f's
make_caen to account for the 25 MHz clock, and I have attached the
resultant plots which now have the correct timing.
