Dear all,
there was an important mistake in some of the histograms I presented
this week regarding mu-p scattering simulations; namely, the recoil
energy cut was not implemented properly, set to nearly zero because
I forgot to convert eV to keV. Links to updated histograms are near
the top of the page,

In addition to correcting the energy cut, I artificially increased
the range spread of the simulated muons to better match Run8 conditions.
Please have a look if you are interested. The key plot is the last on
the page (of the updates), which indicates the scatter fraction that
end up in the aluminum plate below the TPC. It still remains to compare
this simulation to the observed scatters in the UIUC run8 and run9/10
analyses.
