mucap unblinding notes

This is the list I wrote in my notebook, just before the unblinding,
regarding our next steps toward a final result:

1) average CathOR/CathAND, b < 120 mm fit results.
2) use CathOR/CathAND, no b cut to increase the error.
3) If we understand the CathOR/CathAND rate difference in the coming weeks,
   we choose one or the other based on the new understanding.
4) Steve will improve his muon stop definition to better estimate mu + p
   scatters.
5) Tom and Steve will try to understand the differences in their fits
   to both CalibNat and CalibN2 data.
6) Steve will improve his High-Z correction by considering oxygen in the
   production data (~80% O, ~20% N).
