Transfer to Nitrogen

Refering to the email of Bernhard in August, I have search additional
Fribourg's paper about transfer rate.
The latest measurement of transfer to N2 was performed by Y.A.Thalmann
for his thesis about transfer from excited states. For this purpose,
he needed good transfer rate from the ground state, both from mup and
mud.
The last publication, where the mud->N is given is:

You won't learn manything new about it. I can only confirm that the
results ofr mup->N (0.34) was  totally acceptable for the measurement
of Thalmann, whereas we decided to use our new result for mud->N for
this case, because of the discrepancy with the Placci data.
