Dear All,
we will have a MuCap analysis teleconference on Tuesday,
June 13, at 11:30 AM to 1 PM Illinois time.
The call-in number is: 217-244-7532.
A key topic to be discussed is the collaboration meeting
in the Fall, during which we intend to unblind the 2004
data analysis. We need to set a date. A hard constraint
on the far end is the APS DNP meeting Oct. 25-28. Even
if it is tagged "preliminary," we need a result for Run8
by then. Allowing two weeks to "digest" prior to the DNP
meeting, this moves our collaboration meeting to not later
than Wednesday, October 11. The constraint on the other
side mainly depends on Tom and I having enough time to
complete comprehensive analysis reports, and giving the
collaboration enough time to read them, before we get
together. Please consider your schedule from
approximately September 15 to October 11.
