Hi Peter,
  I have just read the elog and found out about all the crazy happenings
this weekend.  Sorry things stopped running as smoothly as before.  I did
some work on the kicker study but was not able to confirm Peter's
curves.  I will try to sort out our methods so we can compare the
shapes.  I will send you a link to a webpage I put together later in the
day.
  Also, should I set up the standard teleconference for Tuesday?  Would
you guys prefer a different time/day ?  Please let me know,
