neutron detector calibration

Dear Brendan,

being reminded by your elog,

do not forget, whenever you are moving out the TPC
after the clean fill,

you should take some time to put in the
large tin target, I think it is still installed in the plastic ring
to have a nice high
energy calibration for the neutron counters
(probably 1 hour of data is more than enough)
