beam flange

Dear Peter,

I can't find any drawings anymore, but I am sure
that
- the flange lies on top of the vacuum group barack
(on the left side of the stairs going up to PIE3
/at least  2 monthes ago when I was there)

- it has 3 opening on small welded-on pipes with conflat connections
  with - a wobbling stick
       - a view port
       - a HV connector with 2 connections


The connection ports are type  CONFLAT

their size is questionable I belive  2.5 or 3 inches
have Brendan check the size and if its a HV or a BNC connector
which is attached.
