The other idea I had why one of the Hall sensors shows less field
is that its power connection is loose.

Both sensors, together with the humidity sensors are connected
on the 5 Volt manual Lab supply - the black box - sitting
next to my computer in the area.
Maybe you can tighten the screw terminals there.
