Dear all,

since Francoise asked me about the explicit procedure to use Skype, I 
once again revisited how to add a contact. In Skype you actually don't 
use the email address to add somebody but rather his login name. 
Therefore let me shortly explain the steps in order to phone me:
1) Install skype from http://skype.org/
2) Register a new user
3) Login to Skype with your new account and go online
4) Go to: 'Add contact'. My login name is:   retniw-pit
5) You should then have my contact in your contact list. You can click 
on it and press the phone button for calling me in order to test. It 
would be good to call me so that I can see your contact, too. This might 
be helpful for the conference later.

I will go now to the network group in order to see if we can get Gizmo 
running again. If so, everything will be much easier....
