Dear Peter,

Following our phone call this afternoon, I have looked at the TPC drift
distribution with and without a muPC1 cut.  Based on run 23572, the plot
is attached.  The number of events between 0 and 25 microseconds in 
the muSC*muPC1 histogram is 79% of the number in the muSC-only version.
The timing problem mentioned previously has already been corrected in
this plot.  This number is compatible with the ratio of the curves in the
online efficiency trend.
