measurement plan suggestions

As, with big thanks to Brendan and Peter,
we have the kicker back,
I have 2 suggestions to the posted runplan
Elog:290 which we should consider for mu+ runs

1) we should change the muSR magnet polarity
we did not do this last year and there was always
some suspicion. This would disentangle any muSR effect
from a detector related gondola effect
I think we should do this and run 1/2 the kicked mu+
   statistics with the opposite polarity

Attention! : to physically do this change, do not
flip the polarity on the power supply but dismount
the big capacitor covered lying on the experiment floor
and mount it back the opposite direction.

2) Check of a possible timing effect of the kicker:
We have now roughly 2x10^9 mu-e events in DC mode on AK3
We can get 1x10^9 kicked mu-e events on AK3 in 2 days
   (believing Peter's rate estimate)
This would eliminate TPC related effects.
Though I have now a large new AK3 plate here (25 cm x25 cm)
however, in order to not change in comparison with the DC runs
I would use the patched target.
We can do this e.g. at the end of the run, when the TPC filling is
   being changed.

	best regards
