shift manual

Hi, Brendan,

Peter recently asked me to write a manual covering --

> i) You write a consistent step by step instruction
>    which the shift people can follow including

>    c) cheetah reboot

I responded that you have already written a manual that covers (a) and (b) 
rather nicely, and that I would propose to expand on it just a little and 
add a section covering step (c).  

If you agree with this plan, would you mind pointing me towards your TeX
files for the shift document in e-log #203?  I could edit it directly and send 
it back to you to check and re-post.
