mu minus

Hi Peter W.,
  I just wanted to inform you that when we went to mu minus this evening,
I only modified the separator, not ASK72.  This was probably
short-sighted of me, given our work to try to get a straight tune.

Perhaps you can set the appropriate ASK72 value (9093 scaled to p=-1.278
from 1.35) and do a brief separator scan to try to achieve a slightly more
parallel beam.

The beam tools aren't quite working at the moment because of an analyzer
bug, so I don't want to change anything that I can't see.
