WFD meeting after 5:00 meeting

Hi, Peter,

I tried to call but was not able to reach you.  Let's have the WFD
planning meeting immediately after the 5:00 meeting.  Volodya wants to
go to the colloquium at 4:00 (it's a colleague of his talking about a
fission experiment at Dubna).
