  1000 SFR!?  Is that right?  I don't understand how a hotplate could 
cost a thousnd francs.  If that's correct then we certainly need to 
check in storage.  You might also want to make sure it didn't migrate to 
the MuCap barrack.  Also, did you get a chance to ask Bernhard whether 
he had ever used it?
