entrance counters

Dear Peter,
  I spoke with Anatoly concerning the muPC and it seems we would be able
to prepare this detector for monday.  I just wanted to ensure that I
understand the plan.

1) Mount muSC and muPC on monday on the end of the beam snout.
2) The survey group will use markings on these detectors to determine
position relative to our beam/other apparati.
3) We would then dismount at least the muPC for use on the sled system
that Julia and I put together.
4) After these beam measurements, we then would remount the muPC in its
entrance counter position, and no further surveying would be necessary.

I just want to make sure that the early surveying would be useful given
our plan to execute number 3 and 4 on this list.  Once the mounting
hardware is in place, the installation of the muPC should be reproducible.
