Hi, Peter,

First of all, to avoid confusion with the facility that is operating in piM3, 
I suggest that we call this one LESS, for "Large-Extinction Switched Steering." 
After all, "LESS is MORE." :-)

If this is intended as a document for Mike, I suspect that he is not
interested in the part after "As regards systematics..."  It is not pertinent 
to the question of how we operate the kicker, although it is certainly 
relevant to the collaboration for run planning.

- Typo: "dealy" should be "delay."
- Typo: "mesurement" should be "measurement."
- I would point out in the table that Ton is an average.
- I would attach units to Tmeas and Rmeas.
- There is an "aux calculation: t (5m) = 25.25" that you should either
  refer to or delete.
