Hi, Tom,

Thank you for setting up this RMA.  I just clicked "yes" on your Web
form, but I must note (again; we've been through this before) that
whatever "my company" refers to in that letter, it is not the University
of California, as I have absolutely no authority to bind them to a large 
purchase.  I am a very small gear in a large machine there. 

Also, I would ask that you double-check that the shipping address for the
replacement part is at the University of Illinois:
