Overland Storage Support ..... RMA Advance Exchange Approval Required



Hello Fred,

You have been issued an Advance Exchange RMA number 548966.

Our standard Warranty terms require that you approve our Advance Exchange
Pre-Authorization form.   To make this process easier you can now authorize
this shipment via our Customer Support Portal.

Simply go to our web site at:

http://support.overlandstorage.com/

 Log into the Customer Support Portal.   Be sure to log in using the same
email address to which we have sent this email.   Once you have logged in
the RMA number 548966  will show in the My RMA's section.    Follow the
links to approve the shipment. Once you have approved the shipment, your
replacement product will then be shipped within two business days.

Please note that no product replacement will be shipped until the above
action has been completed.
