In that case, my recent removal of the Berkeley analysis strip cuts
probably won't change much, since we've already excluded most strip-free
mustops when we produced the skimmed data.  If this TPC/gondola-pulling
issue originates with the strip criteria, we'll have to redo the skimmed
file generation without any strip cuts.  Of course, we should inspect at
the upcoming output thoroughly before embarking on that course of action.
