News about visa: improvements

Hi Mucap and Mulan people,

The PSI direction had a meeting with Aargau migration
office. From now on, the visa application will be simplified
again. Essentially, we will need only 

1) fill application form
2) copy of passport
3) letter from institution, as usal

So, we are back to the previous system. Sorry for all of us
who had to do the full application. It will be better for
next year.

I have also spoken with the personal administration lady
(G.Schraner) about some document she has send to you
guy. Each institution had send a letter, valid for the whole
year, speaking about your insurrance (health and accident)
coverage. Therefore, you DON'T need to fill the new
paperwork you have received about it.

The third point is the so-call registration at the
"gemeinde". PSI does the registration if you are at the
guesthouse. No need of worry.

Another point is the salary question. What the official
administration want is to make sure that each person who
comes has enough money to sustain him/her self. Therefore,
we could add in the letter from the home institution that
the person receive a per-diem of xxx Fr which include
meal and housing.

I believe that the administrative part is more or less solve
for now. If new colleagues and collaborators are planing to
come, please make sure that you transmit them the correct
information.
