PNPI information

Dear Claude, dear Peter,

Now I am ready for work and  discussions. During last time (May-June) I was
very busy with my mother which was strong ill. Now I transported her from
Moldova to Gatchina  ~ 2000 km and she is under medicin control (she is 87).
I hope that her stay here will be normal.
So, now some news from PNPI:
1. As you know, we repeated during March-April the protium water production.
After that the several gas samples were prepared and measured at Ioffe
Institute. The final result is: D/H = (1.7 +/- 0.7) ppm.
Now we have at PNPI ~ 7 liters of such water!
The PSI gas sample prepared by Claude 18.04.05 was measured on the level D/H
=(1.8+/- 0.7) ppm.
We are planning to repeat these measurements more accurate when temperature
on the streat will be less 25C.
As seems me, we have a good support for future work.
2. We also study the new moisture device under different gas pressure, but
not reach a subppm level up to now. It should be flashed by hydrogen a long
time.
3. I wait information about new visit rules to PSI.
