Russian TPC pressure

Dear Claude and Peter,

I am checking the Russian TPC gas pressure on a few days
basis. I have read a pressure of 1.17bar on Tuesday May
24. Since that day, I have seen the readout very gently
decreasing. Today, Tuesday May 31, I am reading a value of
1.15-1.16bar. It is not yet a problem, but I can see that
the valve is still leaking at an un-acceptable rate. There
is no safety problem, I believe.

I think we can wait one month for the return of Anatoly and
co, but not much more.
