A joint Berkeley search has found the following References
Fribourg
Jacot-Guillarmod: lambda_{mup->muN} = 0.34(7)e11 Hz .
Jacot-Guillarmod et al. in the book
"Electromagnetic Cascade and Chemistry of Exotic Atoms."
Incidentally, the Jacot-Guillarmod paper also cites a 1967 result
lambda_{mud->muN} = 1.00(30)e11 Hz
by A. Placci et al. in Nuovo Cimento A52:1274 (1967), which seems to be
consistent with the more recent Dupays 1.45e11 result you mention.
Placci;'s original number is Lambda_(mud)->muN) = 0.50 +- 0.15 10^-11
s-1
a recent theory paper by Dupays PRL 93,4 (2004) 043401-1
quotes the Fribourg group for measuring
lambda_{mud->muN} = 1.45 +- -.02 10^10 s-1
I have not found an original Fribourg paper on that.
cheers
Bernhard
