ELOG and CVS services still unavailable

Hey gang,

just as I suspected might happen, UC Berkeley Information & Network
Services screwed up the new IP--MAC address assignment for our
kaon.physics.berkeley.edu computer which functions as the MuCap ELOG and
CVS server.  Consequently, although kaon is running again and connected to
the outside world, the outside world can't connect to it.  ELOG services
will thus remain unavailable until INS responds to my help ticket and
corrects the problem.  It could be fixed in half an hour, or it could be
days.  I can't say.
