design limitations

Peter,
You have designed the scint holder to the thoeretical ID of the 
irrigation pipe... telescope tubing.  In real life we should decrease 
the diameter of your outer holding rings.  We need to take into account 
that you want the parts to move through a virtual eliptical pipe.  My 
suggestion is we decrease the  holding rings OD  by 10mm.  Let me know.  
We want to get the party started over here.
