RE: catcher design

Peter,
I just met Eric and John this morning (before this arrived).
They are rather swamped with work at this very moment (the whiteboard
list of jobs is nearly saturated -- a post-Andy effect in part plus the
usual ambitious plans of everyone in the summer. I'll visit them again
in a couple days and hopefully John can have a look at the inventor.
The pic looks simple enough. I had told John yesterday we would want at
least 2 of the thin scintillators and the spare material. The timescale
for this is to get it to PSI by the 14th of July I believe, that is,
just prior to you and I arriving (right?).

	Regards,
	Dave

Subject: catcher design

Dear Dave,

Tonight I worked on the muon catcher design. Things will be clearer
once John opens the inventor files. Please comment and revise.

Time to hit the bed in Switzerland

Best regards

Peter
