  Sorry for the delayed response.  I read the document and found that the
numbers seemed to be consistent.  I can't comment so much on the I/O
numbers that you quoted, but I assume this came from Steve.
  I can help read over or make suggestions on the sections that were
unwritten as of Friday.  I'm not sure if the PSI option should go in the
paper.  Fred is writing you the details, but it seems to me to be an
unequivalent backup plan at this point.
