wiring board, aluminum plate

Dear MuCapers,

as promised in the telephone conference yesterday I had a look again at
the wiring board and the aluminum plate.

1) wiring board

Unfortunately the focus is not correct but one can see the details anyway.

The wires which are soldered on the board are the capton-isolated cables
for the anode readout. The core of the cables has a diameter of 0.25 mm.
This core is soldered on the soldering pad. So one can assume that the
solder itself is (at least) about 0.5 mm thick. The cables were soldered
by Genna Petrov.

2) aluminum plate

The aluminum plate has a width of 210.0 mm (the fork has a width of 218.0
mm) and a length of 344.0 mm. The space for the Macor srews and rods is
recessed. The edges of the aluminum plate (5 mm at each edge) are slightly
bended downwards.

I posted another photo:

If you zoom in the region at the right bottom of the left Macor rod you
can see the shape of the edge.
The distance between the fork and the lowest cathode frame is 3 mm. As the
plate has a thickness of 1 mm the bended edges have a maximum "hight" of
2 mm.

Best regards, Malte
