Run9 analysis

Hi all, 
  I've documented the brief discussion Peter and Steve and I had
concerning parallel tree development for the run 9 analysis in my personal
elog : http://mu03.npl.uiuc.edu:8000/kiburg/47 . I've completed the basic
changes to the Makefile and included that in my elog as an
attachment.  I've also copied the files over and commited that to
CVS.  Peter and I will make our analysis changes there without interfering
with any of Steve's analysis.  This will also allow us to have working
copies on the cluster as well as ncsa with the ease of cvs.

I plan to write the trivial TKickerEvent branch of the tree as a template
for adding branches/classes and we can then work on developing the tree
analysis that we discussed in our January planning meetings.
