Re: event display

Dear Fred,

I am slightly disappointed that it should be impossible to
search now with an event display for Alvarez events.

By no means did I ask for a full analysis. Any such effort
must be preceded anyway by a qualitative search.

Basically, I asked for nothing more than what the running
impurity capture plot is doing, namely search for events with
a good muon stop followed by a red spot - except that the red
spot region must be enlarged due to the diffusion of mud atoms.

Malte and I consider this as important and urgent, since
it will go into our planning and reports.

I believe to have a fair chance to find approx. 1 event per
run if not too many wrong candidates show up as presently.

With best regards

Claude
