Yes. The statistics plot uses the full pileup protection (25 microseconds,
muSC and muPC), a fiducial volume cut in the TPC, and loose tracking through
ePC1*ePC2*eSC. The analysis efficiency is determined by summing the block
durations seen by the analyzer and dividing by the run length (stop - start).
The value in the plot is then 0.9*event_count/analysis_efficiency. The factor
of 0.9 is the assumed DAQ livetime; it was a pretty conservative value at the
time the plot was implemented.
