update on a new AK3 disc

Dear all,


As the magnetizing furnace where the Arnold company makes
the AK3 heat-treatment and magnetization is broken
and presently under repair, the company will not
be able to provide a new AK3 disc before November 11.
That's what they said on the phone today.

It is not the last word on it, but the most likely scenario,
meaning we wont have that disc before Nov 15 at PSI.
I'll forward any update I get on it.

As replacement meanwhile which fits inside ePC1
we can use the MuLAN Halbach magnet assembly
with either silver or sulfur.
